Here’s how our process works:

Call or email us, informing us of your intentions to consign with us, and ask any questions you have.  If you would like, we can send you a return shipping label so that you can easily send us your instrument at a subsidized cost, with our insurance covering the instrument. 

Upon receiving the instrument, we evaluate it and estimate any repairs it needs.  We can also give you an estimated selling price based upon the instrument’s year of manufacture, along with any special features and its condition. 

Once we contact you and provide you with that estimate, and upon your approval, we would move forward with the work needed to prepare your instrument for sale!  Once that’s done, you would pay us for the repairs and inbound shipping, and we will market the oboe for sale! 

This allows us to sell your oboe with a One Year Warranty, providing the best possible purchasing experience!

Instruments will be fully insured on our premises, in transit and on trial with potential buyers.

Consignee will ask for Owner’s approval before reducing the asking price or accepting an offer for a lower price.

Consignee will make extensive efforts to market and sell the instrument.  However, the owner may have the instrument returned at any time, following payment in full for any completed repairs and shipping charges.
